Wow has it really been two weeks since I’ve posted any­thing!? I did leave my lap­top behind for the fall break trip to Vegas. A blog post wouldn’t do it jus­tice. It was unreal! I did win the 2009 Lit­tle 500 logo con­test based on my Obama inspired logo. They wanted a few changes so here’s the final results:

In other news, I’ve been really busy inter­view­ing for life after col­lege. The whole process has become rou­tine so I’m never ner­vous any­more. Novem­ber is get­ting busy with a few trips for sec­ond round inter­views. I had a great steak din­ner with my dad this week­end at Lit­tle Zagreb’s and he put every­thing in per­spec­tive for me. He has a calm­ing way of sim­pli­fy­ing life.

School has picked up the pace as midterm tests and projects are every­where. I need to come up with some two sep­a­rate flash projects and need to get mov­ing on some front-end design for Game­Zom­bie. The grow­ing num­ber of devel­op­ers has cut into my slacker time. I’d like to find some time to read my Uni­ver­sal Prin­ci­ples of Design book for some inspi­ra­tion, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to put as much pas­sion as I’d like into it.
