It was sent out to Max on 6/11. You guys should get it soon.
This was my idiot ex-landlord’s response to me (Max) today (6/22) when I asked him about our deposit refund that hadn’t come in the mail.
- Why didn’t he say “sent out to you”? Doesn’t he realize I’m the Max who he’s sending that check to?
- It should only take 1 day for mail to get delivered to Carmel, IN from Bloomington, IN – not over a week.
- Our lease stated we should receive it no more than 45 days after we move out. Today is day 43.
I’m so sick of dealing with Pavilion Properties. If you ever rent a house or apartment in Bloomington, Indiana do NOT bother with these inconsiderate amateurs.
