Dear March Madness Live User:

Ok here are the instructions to fix streaming:

Go to settings, logout, then when the registration fields appear, hit cancel, then in that same settings menu, hit restore. You should be able to watch video now. If you still can not watch video, log out, and hit the restore button again, and this time do not log back in.
