If they focus too much on- one signal might actually end up being that they end up launching an enterprise division. To me that would actually be a very worrisome sign. It would imply that they’re no longer actually paying attention at the user but at the buyer. Especially if the buyer and the user are two different people because enterprise by itself defines not the user but essentially an organizational institutionalized buyer. And that isn’t really something you optimize for. You shouldn’t optimize for that And those who do have fine businesses but they don’t change the world and they don’t stay on top for long which is really the crucial, crucial question here for Apple.
