I miss Sophia. I called her yesterday to tell her that. I said, Sophia the house is so quiet without you, the TV isn’t blaring and your messes aren’t everywhere. She replied, “see, you people take me for granted.”
This is from an email my step-mom sent me. My little sister Sophia has been visiting family if Florida for the past few weeks, and I think it has snuck up on everyone how much they miss her being around. We really need to start documenting all the funny things Sophia says.

This was my idiot ex-landlord’s response to me (Max) today (6/22) when I asked him about our deposit refund that hadn’t come in the mail.
- Why didn’t he say “sent out to you”? Doesn’t he realize I’m the Max who he’s sending that check to?
- It should only take 1 day for mail to get delivered to Carmel, IN from Bloomington, IN – not over a week.
- Our lease stated we should receive it no more than 45 days after we move out. Today is day 43.
